The brief

A costed plan, next business day.

Send DAF a few sentences about the room. A short chat pulls out what a real plan needs — size, budget, timeline, delivery location. The plan comes back priced line by line. No account. No phone call.

If you would rather read the agreement first, or see the format of a plan before you write, both are on the site.

The fee

What is covered, and where the scope stops.

Six lines of work, one flat fee, one clean scope boundary. The plan you receive lists each of these against your specific brief.

  • Sourcing
The right piece from the right maker, at the right price.
  • Supplier negotiation
Trade terms on your behalf, not retail markup.
  • Purchase orders
DAF places the PO and holds the contract with the maker.
  • Freight & customs
Sea, air, or road, brokered and itemized line by line.
  • Last-mile delivery
Routed to the receiving location you specify — front door, dock, or loading bay.
  • Project management
One point of contact from brief to box.
Fee
20% flat on landed cost.
Deposit
50% on signing, 50% on walkthrough acceptance.

The costed plan lands the next business day.
Scope
Design direction, colour selection, AR mockups, and the 3–7 year exchange sit in Lifeware — a separate long-arc relationship, not part of the procurement fee.

Read the contract for the full agreement. See a sample plan for the format the plan arrives in. Walk the full engagement to see every phase from discovery to walkthrough.
