Accessibility

Accessibility commitment.

DAF targets WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across davidandrewfurniture.com and all client-facing surfaces (procurement briefs, /portal, /supplier, /sign). We audit accessibility in the design phase of every new surface and address findings before public launch.

Areas we prioritize: color contrast ratios (all text meets 4.5:1 minimum against alabaster background), keyboard navigation, focus indicators, form-field labels, semantic HTML, and screen-reader-friendly ARIA annotations for interactive components. Motion-sensitive users are respected via prefers-reduced-motionon scroll-triggered animations.

Known gaps we're addressing: some marketing pages use serif display type at large sizes without alternate readable-font fallbacks; some legacy /v10-lab surfaces use decorative scroll pinning without full reduced-motion opt-outs.

To report an accessibility issue: email hello@davidandrewfurniture.com with the page URL, the assistive technology you were using (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver, keyboard-only), and a short description of what didn't work. We respond within one business day and remediate within 30 days for Level A/AA blockers.
