A sourcing plan is your room, fully costed, before a single dollar moves to a supplier. You send us the space — a screenshot, a floor plan, a budget, a feeling — and we come back with the actual pieces.
The plan names each piece and who makes it, shows the supplier price, the lead time, and the full landed cost to your door. You read it. You change it. You decide. There is no commitment until the plan is right, and if you go ahead the work already done folds straight into the project.

Procurement is the whole job of getting furniture from a workshop to your floor, run by one Specialist. You approve the plan; we place the purchase orders, negotiate with the maker, and carry the freight and customs.
The price is plain: the supplier's price, plus a flat twenty percent. That twenty percent is the entire fee — there is no hidden dealer markup baked into the piece. You see the factory price, you see our fee, you see the landed total. The fee is the same whether the room is small or the house is large.

Most furniture is designed to be replaced. A DAF-procured room is designed to be kept. Lifeware is the phase that keeps it current over the years. It is not a monthly subscription — you enroll once.
It carries the design side of the relationship: direction, colour selection, and room mockups, so you can see a change before it is made. And it opens a 1:1 exchange — swap a DAF-procured piece for another at its original supplier price, at parity, across a multi-year window. The room evolves with the people in it instead of ageing out from under them.

Furniture has an end, and we plan for it. When a piece has finished its life in your space, we pick it up. If it has more life in it, we repair it. If it doesn't, we refurbish it for another room. If it truly can't be saved, we recycle it.
The point is simple: the room keeps working, and the piece stays out of a landfill. Refresh, refurbish, decommission — the last stage of a room's life is coordinated with the same care as the first. That is what furniture but responsible means.

This is what “furniture, decor, procurement, handling” means in practice — the seven things DAF actually does on every project, written plainly enough to hold us to it. Nothing below is a promise of a network we haven't built; it's the work itself, and who does it.
Furniture & decor
The brief covers the whole room, not a single SKU — case goods, upholstery, lighting, rugs, art, and the decor that makes a room read as finished, not just furnished.
Procurement
One Specialist places the purchase orders and holds the relationship with each maker for the length of the project — you are not handed between departments.
Negotiation
The supplier price you see is the price we negotiated, not a marked-up list price. Our fee is the flat 20% on top — visible, not folded into a bigger number.
Design direction
Colour, material, and layout direction before you commit — room mockups so a change is a conversation on paper, not a return after delivery.
QC & inspection
Every piece is checked against the order before it ships — dimensions, finish, and damage — so what shows up matches what was approved, not what was assumed.
Freight & customs
Freight and customs are carried as part of the flat 20%, coordinated by DAF end to end. We do not add a separate freight markup on top of the fee.
Handling & delivery coordination
Install is coordinated on request through vetted local partners in your area — DAF does not claim to own an install crew, and says so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
