DAF sources the pieces from real suppliers, manages contracts, and coordinates delivery. You don't visit showrooms or manage vendors.

How much does DAF charge for furniture procurement?

DAF charges supplier price plus a flat 20% fee on landed cost — no tiers, no markups on freight or duty. The workshop FOB, freight, customs duty, brokerage, insurance, and DAF fee each appear on separate rows of every costed plan. No hidden markups, no commission from suppliers.

Do you furnish commercial spaces like hotels and restaurants?

Yes. DAF's Commercial division handles FF&E procurement for hotels, restaurants, offices, schools, and other commercial spaces. We manage multi-supplier sourcing and coordinate delivery timelines.

What is a costed plan?

A costed plan is a detailed sourcing plan with every piece named, priced at landed cost, with the 20% fee shown per line. It includes pieces, prices, lead times, and landed cost. Credits 100% to your project fee if you engage.

How long does a costed plan take?

Targeting five business days from brief to plan, confirmed when your brief arrives.

What is the payment schedule?

50% deposit at signing, 25% when every purchase order is issued, 25% at closeout.
