We run the Foshan rail.

European dealers buy from the same workshops and mark up three times. We hold direct lines and publish the supplier line. Plus twenty percent. That is the whole math. The designer keeps the markup.

01
The rail

Foshan, Dongguan, Heshan.

The cluster runs from Lecong to Longjiang. We hold direct lines into named workshops across hardwood, upholstery, ceramics, brass, marble. The category refuses to name the workshop on a plan. We name the workshop on every line.

02
The math

Supplier price plus 20%.

The workshop invoice is on the plan. The 20% is on the plan. The freight, the duty, the install — every line shows what it cost. No commission from the supplier. No rebate hidden in the freight number. If the math does not match, the gap is refunded.

03
The lead time

Twelve weeks from PO to Yantian.

Full container ocean freight, twelve weeks from the workshop deposit to the truck at the door. Half-containers wait for consolidation and add four to six weeks. Air freight on a single chair costs more than the chair. The plan accounts for slow.

04
The handoff

One Specialist. One signed contract.

One Specialist reads the brief, drafts the plan, places the orders, and answers the email when something needs fixing. The contract covers every workshop on the plan. The designer holds one document. The Specialist holds the rail.

The clusters we hold

Named workshops in four named clusters.

Lecong / Longjiang

Hardwood case-goods, upholstered frames, custom dining. The Italian-school joinery houses sit beside the volume factories. We choose joinery-school.

Houjie / Dalingshan

Veneer and panel, contract seating, hospitality stacks. The volume corridor — fast at scale, named on the line.

Shiwan

Porcelain and ceramics. Cone-10 reduction kilns. Glaze variance is the signature; we name the variance band on the plan.

Liwan / Yangxi

Brass, stainless, marble cutting. Foundry plus stone-yard inside one drive. The hardware sits on the same PO as the case-good it belongs to.

Send a brief. Plan back tomorrow.

One business day reply. Every workshop named on the line. Supplier price plus 20% flat. No retainer. No commission. The designer keeps the markup.
