DAF is a procurement service. We don't hold inventory — we source on demand for each client project, issue purchase orders directly to workshops, and coordinate delivery end-to-end. If you make or distribute furniture, lighting, rugs, or decor at a professional level, we want to know you.
How we work with suppliers
When a client brief matches your specialty and region, we send a structured RFQ — piece description, finish, dimensions, timeline. You respond with cost and lead time. If it fits, we issue a purchase order. Payment terms are net-30 from delivery confirmation.
What we need from you
A real contact, clear lead times, and honest pricing. We don't need a showroom. We need a maker who knows what they produce and can commit to a spec.
The fee structure
DAF charges the client 20% on top of your cost. You receive 100% of what you quote us — we don't negotiate your price down after the fact. Our margin is added on top, separately, and disclosed to the client.
Who qualifies
Workshops, studios, ateliers, makers, and distributors with a professional track record. Any country, any specialty. Applications are reviewed by a person — there's no automated approval.
Response time
We read every application. You'll hear back within 3 business days — either a follow-up question or a note that we're keeping your details for an upcoming brief.
