For portfolios, DAF ingests the operator's brand-standards library and produces specifications that replicate across properties. Custom stains, upholstery grades, hardware finishes, dimensional templates — referenced across every RFQ and PO so the fifth property matches the first.

Manufacturer warranties pass through — DAF administers the claim end-to-end with the workshop. The operator never coordinates a warranty issue directly with an overseas supplier.
